The end of the fall non-championship season resulted in a fifth-place finish for Ashland University's men's golf team at the nine-team Intercollegiate at Nemacolin on Tuesday (Oct. 22).
Junior
Carter Mishler turned in his second consecutive strong tournament, finishing in a tie for fourth place at 69-74-69—212, and with an eagle and 10 birdies. Mishler was the runner-up last week at the Doc Spragg Invitational.

- Freshman Charlie Fish tied for 23rd at 74-76-76—226 (10 birdies), and fellow rookie Shaun Mazzalupi tied for 28th (79-71-79—229, nine birdies).
- Senior Matthew McMullen placed in a tie for 32nd (74-82-75—231, nine birdies), and freshman Mark Pillar tied for 42nd (77-76-86—239, eight birdies).
