Mia Gardner moved on to the finals at the 2023 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Pueblo, Colo.
The Eagle quartet turned in a qualifying time of 3:41.56, which was sixth overall and fourth in its heat. That time also was a season-best of more than a second faster than the 3:42.67 recorded at the 2023 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships.
