Four New Provo Marks Highlight Eagles Showing At Northeast Ohio Quad

Ashland University's men's and women's outdoor track and field teams came away with four new provisional marks for the 2023 NCAA Division II Championships, May 25-27 in Pueblo, Colo., at the Northeast Ohio Quad.
 
On Friday (April 7), sophomore Brock Janowicz earned a new provisional mark in the men's hammer throw, placing sixth with a top mark of 57.72 meters/189-feet-4. On Saturday (April 8), it was fifth-year Cheyanne Davis in the women's 400-meter dash (first, 55.66 seconds), sophomore Sarah Masuoka in the women's pole vault (second, 3.86 meters/12-feet-8), and freshman Garrett Baker in the men's pole vault (fourth, 5.00 meters/16-feet-4Âľ).
