It was an improvement day for Ashland University's women's 4x400-meter relay team on Saturday (April 15) at the Tiffin Track Carnival, as the Eagle quartet bested their previous provisional time for the 2023 NCAA Division II Championships, May 25-27 in Pueblo, Colo.

- Also at Tiffin, freshman Braylon Baxter was third in the men's pole vault at 4.10 meters/13-feet-5¼.
- At Ball State's We Fly Challenge on Saturday, junior Cole LaRoche was second in the men's shot put at 16.29 meters/53-feet-5¼, and sophomore Catherine Dial was third in the women's shot put at 13.09 meters/42-feet-11¼.
