Eagle Women Top John Carroll, 7-2

On Thursday (April 13) afternoon in University Heights, Ohio, Ashland University's women's tennis team defeated John Carroll, 7-2.
 
The Eagles are 8-7, and have their most wins in a season since 2019-20 (11). The Blue Streaks are 3-10.

• Ashland won five singles contests on Thursday – sophomore Claudia Adcock at No. 2 (6-1, 6-1), freshman Anna Corbel at No. 3 (6-4, 6-0), freshman Constanza Arancibia at No. 4 (6-2, 6-1), sophomore Kortney Reed at No. 5 (6-0, 6-2) and freshman Alley Stoehr at No. 6 (6-0, 6-1).
• In doubles, the Eagles won two of three matchups – Reed and Adcock at No. 2 (8-2), and Corbel and Stoehr at No. 3 (8-2).
