Pauley Earns Fourth All-American Award To Start Indoor Nationals

To begin the 2023 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday (March 10) at the Virginia Sports Beach Center in Virginia Beach, Va., Ashland University fifth-year thrower Carrol Pauley earned her fourth consecutive All-American award in the women's weight throw.
 
Pauley took seventh place in weight throw on Friday, with a top heave of 18.69 meters/61-feet-4.

NOTABLES

• Sophomore Brock Janowicz finished in 11^th place in the men's weight throw, with a top mark of 19.18 meters/62-feet-11¼.
• In the women's pole vault, sophomore Sarah Masuoka was 13^th at 3.80 meters/12-feet-5½.
• Preliminary running events saw junior T.J. Skinner place 14^th in the men's 60-meter hurdles in 8.12 seconds, and fifth-year sprinter Cheyanne Davis place 15^th in the women's 400 dash in 56.19 seconds.
