QUOTABLES
- "I don't think I've ever been a part of anything like that," Ashland head coach Cayleb Paulino said of the field conditions. "It was like being in a human snow globe. I'm really proud of the group for getting a result in elements like this."
- "We challenged the group about who we are and getting back to who we are," Paulino said. "Today, we really knocked it around well. We really believed in the game plan and bought into who we are."
- Of Dolenga, who has started the last four games and allowed just one goal in that span, "Unbelievable job by Maddie. You have to be ready. Maddie's taken her role very seriously and has helped us get through these last couple weeks. I'm glad she's been rewarded for the work she's put in."
