Volleyball Stays Unbeaten In League Play, Sweeps At Panthers

On Tuesday (Sept. 13) night at Ohio Dominican, Ashland University's volleyball team remained undefeated in Great Midwest Athletic Conference play, and in first place in the conference's South Division, following a 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-20) win against the Panthers.

The Eagles, continuing to receive votes in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) NCAA Division II poll, are 7-5 overall and 3-0 in the league – and haven't lost a set in conference play so far. ODU is 4-8, 1-2.

Ashland is on a four-match winning streak overall, and has won the last five meetings with the Panthers.
