Volleyball Continues To Receive Votes In AVCA Poll; Open At Home Tuesday Night

Prior to the start of the home portion of the 2022 schedule, Ashland University's volleyball team continues to receive votes in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) NCAA Division II coaches poll, the latest version being released on Monday (Aug. 29).
 
The Eagles (1-3) will play their first match at Sherrill Hudson Court at Kates Gymnasium this fall on Tuesday (Aug. 30) at 6 p.m. vs. Notre Dame College (1-3).
 
Then, for the second weekend in a row, Ashland will play four matches at a tournament – this one, the UIndy Invitational in Indianapolis, Ind. On Friday (Sept. 2), the Eagles will face Minnesota State-Mankato (1-3) at 8:30 a.m. and No. 21-ranked Minnesota Duluth (4-0) at 3 p.m. On Saturday, AU will take on Missouri-St. Louis (3-1) at 1 p.m. and Bentley (4-0) at 7 p.m.
