On Sunday (May 1) afternoon at Ferguson Field, Ashland University's women's lacrosse team lost to Walsh, 22-6, to end the 2022 regular season.
The Eagles (6-10 overall, 5-5 Great Midwest Athletic Conference) will take a program-best number of wins in a season into their first conference tournament game in team history on Thursday (May 5) at 3 p.m. vs. Findlay (10-6, 9-1) at Walsh's Larry Staudt Field. The Cavaliers won the Great Midwest regular-season title at 11-5, 9-1, and earned the right to play host to the league tournament.
