Swimming and Diving Dusty Sloan, Ashland University Director of Athletic Communications

Five Eagles Compete At CSCAA Open Water Nationals

On Sunday (Dec. 18) morning in North Miami, Fla., five Ashland University swimmers took part in the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) College Open Water National Championship.
 
WHAT HAPPENED
  • The men's 5K race featured three Eagles. Junior Josh Hagan finished in 75th place in 1:04:35.63, sophomore Weston Brown was 77th in 1:05:00.89, and freshman Ryan Mohler ended in 80th in 1:05:19.41.
  • In the women's 5K, senior Kaci Agre was 107th in 1:09:49.34, while freshman Megan Tomasic was 110th in 1:13:18.11.
 
UP NEXT
Ashland's men's and women's swimming and diving teams will be back in action on Jan. 13 at 6 p.m. against Calvin at home at the Messerly Natatorium.
