The Ashland University volleyball team was not able to keep up with host Ferris State, falling to the Bulldogs, 25-10, 25-18, 25-19, on Saturday (March 6) afternoon in Big Rapids, Mich.
The Bulldogs (5-1, 5-1 GLIAC) hit .258 as a team and committed just 13 hitting errors in the contest. Meanwhile, Ashland managed to hit just .054 in the match.

Erin Krupar led the Eagles with 10 kills while junior
Heidi Fausze added six kills (.263).

Zoey Peck had a double-double with 19 assists, 10 digs and five kills (.455). Freshman
Katie Thompson had 16 digs as the libero.
Katie O'Connell led the Bulldogs with 17 kills (.405) and Morgan Ross had 12 kills.
The Eagles will now return to Kates Gymnasium for a two-match series with Purdue Northwest starting Friday (March 12) at 7 p.m.
