Box Score The Eagles lost their third match in the GLIAC / GLVC Crossover this afternoon (Oct. 18) at the Great Lakes Center in Aurora, Ill.
Ashland returns home with an overall record of 5-13.
The Eagles won set one, 25-21, but the Quincy Hawks won the next three, 25-22, 25-13, 25-17.
AU was led by Alli Cudworth and Samantha Zuber, both had 11 kills. Katie Siefert tallied seven digs and 38 assists. Audrey Metzger and Casey Clark each had nine kills respectively.
Quincy hit .298 as a team. They are now 7-15 on the year.
As a team the Eagles had 46 kills with 28 errors on 138 total attempts. The Eagles hit. 130, and had 40 assists and 39 digs.
Ashland plays again on October 24 when they travel to take on Walsh University.
