AT ASHLAND UNIVERSITY

Green is in her fourth year in the Ashland University athletic department, and first as Athletic Operations Coordinator.
She spent her first three years at AU as administrative assistant in the main athletic office.
Her responsibilities within the athletic department include, but aren't limited to, interacting with the public on a regular basis in the main athletic office, overseeing all ticketing aspects for the athletic department, game day work at home events and at postseason events as needed, working with coaches to ensure camps and clinics operate at the highest level, handling the preparation, emailing, mailing, distribution and filing of game contracts for all Ashland University sports, assisting the Assistant Athletic Director of Business with budget review, budget maintenance and budget construction and assisting in preparation for the AU Hall of Fame induction and Eagler golf outing.

BEFORE ASHLAND UNIVERSITY

Prior to coming to Ashland, Green worked as athletics administrative assistant at Mount Vernon Nazarene for nearly two years.
Her duties included overseeing invoicing and billing functions, managing athletic facilities and sites for availability, assisting athletic director with game management, organizing files, faxing reports, scanning documents and managing all transportation arrangements.
