  • Mason is in his first full year and second year overall at Ashland University, having joined the athletic department in late January of 2025.
BEFORE ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
  • He spent the previous three-plus years at Allegheny as Director of Peak Performance and Fitness.
  • Mason was a member of the athletic performance staff at New Mexico for three years, as well.
PERSONAL
  • Mason earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science - Motor Behavior from Pacific University (Ore.) and a master’s degree in Physical Education - Sports Administration from New Mexico. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
