AT ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
  • Thompson is in her fourth year at Ashland University as the athletic department's administrative assistant in the Troop Center.
  • Among her duties at the Troop Center are supporting coaching staffs, greeting and directing visitors and caller, scheduling event rooms and field, assisting with NLIs, facilitating deposits and payment of invoices, and coordinating special events.
BEFORE ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
  • Thompson served as a substitute teacher at nearby Loudonville-Perrysville Exempted Village Schools in 2021-22. She also worked at Danner Pharmacy in Loudonville for 13 years.
  • She served in the United States Marine Corps reserves for eight years.
