AT ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
  • Roshak is in her first full year and second overall as Ashland athletics' Assistant Director of Compliance and Student Programming.
  • Her duties in compliance include reviewing NCAA Eligibility Center and Institutional Request Lists for all incoming freshman student-athletes, coordinating declarations of playing seasons from coaches and set up sports segments in Teamworks software, assisting with eligibility checklist preparation, monitoring the NCAA Transfer Portal, and more.
  • She also assists with the AU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
  • Roshak was a forward for five seasons on the Eagle women's basketball team.
  • 2023-24 - Ashland female Student-Athlete of the Year, Ashland and Great Midwest Athletic Conference nominee for 2024 NCAA Woman of the Year, Great Midwest Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year, Great Midwest women's Collegiate Achievement Award, College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District, first-team Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) All-American and second-team Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-American, D2CCA All-Midwest Region first team, all-Great Midwest Tournament Team, Great Midwest Player of the Year and first-team all-league.
  • Became the program's all-time leading scorer with 2,370 career points.
  • Graduated from the MBA program with a post-grad grade-point average of 3.97.
  • Averaged 15.4 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, making 59.3 percent from the field, 39.5 percent from 3-point range and 84.9 percent from the free-throw line, and scoring a team-high 509 points for a 31-2 team which won both the Great Midwest regular-season and tournament championships, and reached the NCAA Division II postseason.
  • 2022-23 - Started and played in 36 games during national championship season.
  • Named 2022-23 D2CCA Midwest Region women's Student-Athlete of the Year, Ashland's athletic department's nominee for 2023 NCAA Woman of the Year, 2022-23 Great Midwest Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year, 2022-23 Great Midwest Women's Athlete of the Year, D-II Elite Eight Most Outstanding Player and all-tournament team, CSC second-team Academic All-America, WBCA first-team and D2CCA second-team All-American, Midwest Region all-tournament team, D2CCA All-Midwest Region first-team, CSC Academic All-District, Great Midwest Player of the Year and first-team, Great Midwest Tournament Most Valuable Player and all-tournament team, and Great Midwest Academic All-Conference.
  • Was Ashland's leading scorer, averaging 14.6 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.8 blocks in only 23.7 minutes per game.
  • Also shot 63.0 percent from the field (third-best in the country), 48.4 percent from 3-point range, and a school-record 92.9 percent from the free-throw line.
  • Graduated Magna Cum Laude as an Accounting major with a cumulative GPA of 3.84.
  • 2021-22 - Was honorable mention WBCA All-America, third-team College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America, first-team D2CCA All-Midwest Region, first-team All-Great Midwest, CoSIDA Academic All-District and Great Midwest All-Academic Team.
  • Averaged 17.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.0 blocks per game, making 55.1 percent from the field, 33.0 percent from 3-point range and 76.7 percent from the free-throw line.
  • 2020-21 - Impressive sophomore season in 2020-21 featured first-team All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, All-Midwest Regional Tournament Team and All-GLIAC Tournament Team honors.
  • Averaged 21.0 points and 5.7 rebounds per game, while hitting 53.6 percent from the field, 35.6 percent from 3-point range and 87.8 percent from the free-throw line.
  • Tied program record with 17 made field goals vs. Parkside on March 5...40 points in that game were career high and narrowly missed program mark.
  • Member of the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence (cumulative grade-point average of 3.50-4.00) team.
  • 2019-20 - Led the team in field-goal percentage (58.6) as a freshman, played in all 31 games off the bench, averaging 10.5 points and 3.5 rebounds, and also shot 46.4 percent from 3-point range and 88.3 percent from the free-throw line.
BEFORE ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
  • Roshak worked at the J.M. Smucker Co. in nearby Orrville, Ohio, as a sales finance analyst, prior to returning to Ashland.
