AT ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
  • Barnhart is in his first full year and second year overall at Ashland University as assistant strength and conditioning coach, having joined the athletic department in late February of 2025.
BEFORE ASHLAND UNIVERSITY
  • Prior to coming to Ashland, Barnhart was a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Kent State, for two years, and spent a year as an intern with the Golden Flashes.
  • He also spent five years in the United States Marine Corps, including a six-month deployment at the Iraq embassy.
