At Ashland - Is coming off a season that saw him go 12-7 with four pins and 15 takedowns...has seen consistent varsity action during his career...went 10-7 as a sophomore.

High School - Came to AU out of a strong Miami Trace program where he was a three-time state placer and a three-time district runner-up…career record on the prep level was 123-24…left Trace as the school record holder for most takedowns…was undefeated in dual meet action in 2005 and 2006…in 2008, was seventh at the state championships…lettered four times apiece in wrestling and cross country and added one citation in track and field…Garringer's parents are Rod and Barb Garringer.
