Eagle Women Finish Third at Perry Park Spring Fling

The Ashland University women's golf team finished its final day at the Perry Park Spring Fling by turning in a second-round team score of 302 and a third-round team score of 304.

On Saturday (March 22), the Eagles recorded a first round team score of 310. The combined three-round total of 916 put Ashland in third place overall. Grand Valley State won the Spring Fling with a team score of 896, and Indianapolis placed second with a 900.

AU sophomore Kaitlin Neumann finished fourth overall with a three-day total of 223. Senior Ali Green shot a 226, placing fifth individually.

The Eagles will be back competing March 29-30 in the NC4K Classic in Blacklick, Ohio.
