Kyohei Kosaka is in his fourth season with the Ashland University football program.
Prior to coming to Ashland, Kosaka served as assistant coach (2013-15) with the Tokyo Gas Creators, one of the teams in Japan's top league, the X-League.
Away from the gridiron, Kosaka has worked as a marketing and strategy consultant at Deloitte, one of the world's largest global professional services firms.
A native of Tokyo, Japan, Kosaka earned a bachelor's degree in political sciences from Keio University in Japan, where he also was a three-year starter.
In the summer of 2018, Kosaka served as an unpaid assistant coach for the National Football League's Cleveland Browns.
