2014-15 - During sophomore year, best 5K time was 19:12.8 at Walsh, and best 6K time was 22:46.1 at the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships...Earned a spot on the GLIAC Cross Country All-Academic Excellence Team (cumulative grade-point average of 3.50-4.00).

2013-14 - As a freshman, best 5K time was 19:22.2 at the Ashland Invitational, and best 6K time was 23:33 at the NCAA Championships.

High School - Was third in the 800 meters (2:15.16) at the regional championships...Placed 12th in that event at the state meet...Best time in the 1600 was 5:18.36.
