2014-15 - Earned a spot on the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country All-Academic Excellence Team (cumulative grade-point average of 3.50-4.00).

2013-14 - As a sophomore, ran a lifetime best of 4:05 in the 1,500 meters at the All-Ohio Championships...Also posted a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:02 at the AU Alumni Open...In cross country, best 8K time was 28:10.5 at the Ashland Invitational.

2012-13 - Redshirted.

High School - As a junior, ran 9:54.41 in the 3,200 at the Westerville Invitational...That earned him the bronze medal...Was fifth in the 1,600 at the district championships...Ran the race in 4:28.62, which was personal best.
