2014-15 - Best 8K time was 28:07.5 at the Jenna Strong Invitational at Wilmington College...Earned a spot on the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country All-Academic Excellence Team (cumulative grade-point average of 3.50-4.00).

2013-14 - Best 8K time was 29:57.3 at the All-Ohio Invitational.

High School - Best time in cross country came at the 2011 Southwestern Conference open race, where he completed the 5K course in 18:21 and finished third.
