High School/College – Franley came home ninth in the 1600 at the regional meet his senior year (2008) at Jefferson.  He set a personal record of 4:36.7 for the 1600 meters at the NEC meet (2008). He was a three-time cross country individual regional qualifier (DII).  He set his 5K PR of 16:56 at Tiffin Cross Country Carnival. At AU, he ran an 8K PR of 28:58 at the GLIAC championship last season. He posted a track 5K PR of 16:59 at the Gator Invite. As a junior he recorded personal bests in the 5K (16:45) and the 3K indoors (9:27).
