2014-15 - Best 8K time was 24:29.4 at the GLIAC Championships, and his best 10K time was 31:43.2 at the NCAA Championships...Helped Eagles with a 10th-place finish at the national meet...Earned a spot on the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Cross Country All-Academic Team (cumulative grade-point average of 3.00-3.49).

2013-14 - As a sophomore, placed fourth in the 10K with a personal best time of 31:02.15 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships. Earlier that season, Knack clocked in at 15:00.33 (5K) at Ohio State's Jesse Owens Classic.

2012-13 (Tiffin) - In 2012, enjoyed personal bests in the 3K and 1500 (3:59.72). He was seventh in the 3K (8:39) at the GLIAC Indoor Championships.
