College - Hildrebrand received a medical redshirt for the 2012-13 indoor track season and was a redshirt during outdoor track and field. She did run 46.21 for 300 meters and 1:20.90 for 500 meters.

High School - Hildebrand missed most of her senior year after foot surgery. She was able to return for the last several weeks of the season and finished eighth and sixth in the 400 and 800 at the district championships. Prior to her senior year, she posted personal bests of 2:22 in the 800 and 58.68 for 400 meters.
