2013: As a junior, Devine pitched in six games, all in relief. He pitched in a pair of junior varsity games.

2012: Devine pitched in one game.

2011: As a freshman, Devine appeared in nine games, all in relief.

High School: Devine lettered twice in baseball and twice in basketball as a prep athlete at Jackson High School. He was given his team’s Sportsmanship Award, Academic Achievement Award and Diamond Club Scholarship. The Polar Bears were state champions at the Division I level in his senior season, going 25-2. They were two-time Federal League champions while Devine was playing there, compiling a 42-10 combined record.

Personal: Devine's parents are Dean and Kelly Devine. Devine is an actuarial sciences major with a business administration minor. In 2012 and 2013 he was named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team (GAP of 3.49 or higher).
