College - Stoffel enjoyed a successful 2011-12 season. She finished sixth at the Midwest Regional Championships in cross country, helping the Eagles advance to the NCAA Championships. She placed fifth at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters with a season best of 4:36.  A middle grades education major, Stoffel was named to the 2011-12 GLIAC All-Academic Team. As a freshman in cross country, Stoffel finished 17th at the regional championships, running the 6K in 23:14.  She ran a season best 18:48 in the 5K at the Bowling Green Invitational.  At the GLIAC Indoor Championships, she was third in the mile (5:00.35). She was fourth in the 1500 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 4:42.  She ran a personal best of 18:00 in the 5000 meters on the track.  As a sophomore, Stoffel was 10th at the cross country regional meet. Her time on the 6K course was 21:49.  She secured All-America honors indoors, finishing eighth at nationals in the distance medley relay. Outdoors, she recorded personal bests in the 5K (17:32) and 1500 meters (4:35) at the GLIAC Championships.

High School – At Glen Este, Stoffel was named first team all-conference and was a four-year letterwinner in cross country. Her best time in the 5000 was 19:05. In track and field she was a four-year letterwinner, was a district champion in the 800 and was a two-time regional qualifier.  She ran a personal best of 2:16 in the 800.
