At Ashland: Competed in three matches in 2013-14... In 2012-13, Trout was 5-2 in doubles action...went 3-5 at No. 6 singles...Trout went 10-12 as a freshman...most of her matches came at No. 6 singles...she had a three-match winning streak midway through the season...she teamed with Kira Kotova at No. 3 singles, that duo was 12-9.

High School/Personal: Trout was a four-time first team all-conference selection and was an all-area selection three times...she was a state qualifier as a senior and a district qualifier as a sophomore and junior...Trout holds the school record for the most victories at first singles...she never won fewer than 13 matches in a season in singles and as a senior she went 20-6...Trout was 65-31 in her career...in addition to her exploits in tennis, Trout earned one letter in basketball...the sophomore is an athletic training major....her parents are Mike and Jane Trout.
