The impending inclement weather forecasted to hit the Midwest over the weekend has forced schedule changes throughout Ashland University athletics.
SWIMMING AND DIVING
Saturday's (Jan. 24) Eagle swimming dual at Ohio Northern, originally set for a 1 p.m. start, has been moved up to noon.
Ashland's men and women also will compete on Friday (Jan. 23) at 6 p.m. at Bluffton.
WRESTLING
Thanks to the weather forecast for Sunday (Jan. 25), the Great Midwest Athletic Conference wrestling dual at Findlay between No. 10-ranked Ashland University and the No. RV Roughnecks has been postponed.
A new date and time for the dual has not been established.
Ashland will wrestle at No. 7 Tiffin on Friday at 6 p.m., then compete at the 2026 Great Midwest Championships on Jan. 31 at Kentucky Wesleyan.
MEN'S TENNIS
The Eagle men's tennis team's scheduled exhibition match on Sunday at Denison has been postponed. No rescheduled date has been determined.
Ashland will officially begin the spring championship season on Jan. 31 at noon vs. Daemen in nearby Lexington, Ohio.
