The third and final round of the 2025 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship was played on Friday (April 25), and stroke play ended with Ashland University's women's golf team taking third place in the 10-team field.
At 301-314-302—917, the Eagles were bested only by first-place Findlay (284-285-291—860) and second-place Tiffin (302-291-292—885). The Oilers and Dragons will play for the conference title in medal match play on Saturday (April 26).
Ashland had an All-Great Midwest honoree following the tourney in sophomore
LeeAnn Harker. Harker took fifth place individually at 72-74-73—219, and ended the tournament with 10 birdies.
Senior
Grace Grant finished 13
th at 77-81-75—233 (three birdies), junior
Klaira Paramore (74-85-77—236, five birdies) and sophomore
Riley McKenzie (78-81-77—236, four birdies) each tied for 16
th, and senior
Emma Conway tied for 19
th (81-78-78—237).
Individual medalist was Findlay's Mary Kelly Mulcahy (67-69-69—205).
