Ashland University's women's golf team concluded the 2024-25 regular season on Monday (April 14), taking seventh place at the all-Midwest Region 18-team Missouri-St. Louis Spring Invitational.
The Eagles' final team score was 304-316-305—925. The host Tritons won the event at 288-292-289—869, Indianapolis finished second (304-292-302—898), and Tiffin took third (301-302-309—912).
Senior
Grace Grant led the AU contingent in Missouri, finishing in a tie for 10
th place individually following a third-round 72 (74-80-72—226). Her three birdies on Monday gave her six for the tournament.
Following was sophomore
LeeAnn Harker, who tied for 18
th at 76-77-76—229. Harker had two birdies on Monday and eight for the tourney.
Another sophomore,
Riley McKenzie, tied for 28
th (76-82-76—234, one eagle, three birdies); senior
Emma Conway tied for 45
th (78-79-81—238, five birdies); and junior
Klaira Paramore tied for 57
th (81-80-82—243, five birdies).
Earning individual medalist honors was Tiffin's Lisa Marie Schumacker (74-69-69—212).
