Returning to action in the first spring tournament of 2024-25, Ashland University's No. RV women's golf team is in third place in the five-team Sacred Heart Spring Break Invite in Orange Park, Fla., which began on Wednesday (March 5).
Sophomore
LeeAnn Harker is tied for first place on the individual leaderboard through 18 holes, firing a 77 and recording a birdie. Senior
Grace Grant was pacing the field for the majority of Wednesday's round, and ended the day in a tie for seventh with a 79 and a birdie.
Senior
Emma Conway is tied for 12
th after a first-day 81 and two birdies. Junior
Klaira Paramore (tied for 18
th, 83) and sophomore
Riley McKenzie (tied for 25
th, 85) rounded out the Eagle team effort.
Freshman
Sammi Miller played as an individual, and finished with a round of 84 and in a tie for 20
th.
As a team, Ashland finished with a round of 320. Siena is first (314), followed by the host Pioneers (317).
