Eagle Women Open Play In Columbus In Third Place Through 18 Holes

The first round of Ohio Dominican's Champions of Women's Golf Classic was contested on Monday (Sept. 16) in Columbus, Ohio, and Ashland University's women's golf team is in third place through 18 holes at the 15-team event.
 
Ashland's first-day team score of 305 was bested only by first-place Tiffin (302) and the second-place host Panthers (303).
 
Junior Klaira Paramore paced the Eagles' first-day effort on Monday, and her opening-round 73 is tied for fourth place individually. Senior Grace Grant is tied for 10th through 18 holes after carding a 76.
