Ashland University's women's golf team played the third and final round of Findlay's William Beall Fall Classic on Tuesday (Oct. 1), and the Eagles finished the tournament in a tie for fifth place in the 18-team event.
With a team score of 300-305-300—905, Ashland trailed only the host Oilers (290-289-291—870), Missouri-St. Louis (295-288-299—882), Lynn (297-303-297—897) and Tiffin 299-300-300—899).
Freshman
LeeAnn Harker once again paced the Eagle effort, tying for ninth individually at 74-73-73—220. Harker had seven birdies on the tournament.
Senior
Emma Conway tied for 15
th at 77-75-71—223, and had four tournament birdies.
