Eagle Men Top Oberlin In Road Match, 7-2

Ashland University's men's tennis team evened its 2022-23 record at 3-3 following a 7-2 win at Oberlin (1-4) Saturday (Feb. 25) afternoon.
 
NOTABLES

• All six singles matches went to the Eagles – sophomore William Rassat at No. 1 (6-4, 6-3), freshman Tomas Paskauskas at No. 2 (2-6, 6-4, 6-4), sophomore Fabian Bussard at No. 3 (6-3, 7-5), freshman Rodrigo Moura Ludgero at No. 4 (6-1, 7-6 (6-5)), freshman Benedikt Weinborner at No. 5 (6-3, 6-4), and freshman Reid Opel at No. 6 (7-6 (7-5), 0-6, 10-5).
• At doubles, AU's No. 1 team of Paskauskas and Rassat took an 8-2 decision.
