AU Basketball Single-Game Tickets Now On Sale

Single-game tickets for the 2022-23 Ashland University men's and women's basketball seasons at the Sherrill Hudson Court at Kates Gymnasium are on sale.
 
Prices for single-game tickets are $15 for the reserved section, $10 for adult general admission, and $5 for both senior and student general admission. Ashland students, faculty and staff get free admission with an AU ID presented at the game.
 
Tickets can be purchased online at https://ashland.universitytickets.com/, or by calling (419-289-5336) or visiting the Ashland University Campus Store. Campus Store hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, and noon-3 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets can also be purchased on game days starting 1-hour prior to tip-off.
 
The Eagle women, led by head coach Kari Pickens, concluded the 2021-22 season at 29-3 overall and 21-1 in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference, having won both the Great Midwest regular-season and tournament championships. Ashland also played host to the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional, finished the season ranked No. 9 in the country, and was ranked as high as No. 2 during the campaign.
 
Over the last 11 seasons, Ashland has gone 322-39 (.892) with two NCAA Division II national championships, two national runner-up finishes, two undefeated seasons, a D-II-record 73-game winning streak, six 30-win seasons, 10 NCAA postseason qualifications, seven conference regular-season championships, eight conference tournament titles, and a mark of 175-13 (.931) at home.
 
Last week, Ashland was picked to repeat as the Great Midwest champion in the league's preseason poll.
 
Ashland's men's basketball team, guided by head coach John Ellenwood, was 18-10 in 2021-22, and qualified for the Great Midwest Tournament. Over the last eight seasons, the Eagle men have won 156 games, won the 2021 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament, and reached the NCAA Division II playoffs three times.
 
The Eagles were slotted No. 4 last week in the Great Midwest men's basketball preseason poll.
