Gridiron Club

Established in 2006, the Ashland University Gridiron Club’s mission is to support the Ashland University Intercollegiate Football Program. The Gridiron Club is comprised of former Eagle players, alumni, coaches and friends of the University who share a common interest in advancing the football program through the following activities:

• Financially supporting the football program with annual gifts.

• Planning and promoting social events such as Football Alumni Day, Pre-Game Tailgate Parties, Annual Football Banquet, Football Alumni Golf Outing, Purple & Gold game, National Letter of Intent day and other related activities.

• Recruiting new Gridiron members and supporting club activities and programs.

• Assisting current students and alumni in obtaining internship and employment opportunities.

• Serving as a role model for current players by advocating good sportsmanship, emphasizing academic excellence and social responsibility, including respect for opponents and teammates, victory with humility and the acknowledgement of defeat with grace.

The Eagle Gridiron Club has been the home for Ashland's most loyal and devoted football fans. 

Gridiron Club members provide student-athletes with a foundation for success in the classroom, on the field and in life after graduation.  Our club members know that cheers alone fall short in supporting Ashland student-athletes.
